Absolutely! All products that are personalisable will have a 'Personalisation' box. Be sure to enter the desired text in this box.

Of course you can! We want your items to be exactly how you envision them. Simply pop your request in the notes or additional details section of your order and we will do our best to accomodate.

Most! All of our beaded products are handmade to order, using BPA, food-grade silicone beads.

Yes! We love a good bargain. Automatic discounts apply when purchasing more than one item in any collection.

Shipping

We currently offer standard and express shipping options. We ship via Australia Post.
We have our 'Jump the queue and express' option for times exactly like these! Select this option at checkout and we will bump your order to the top of our list.
Our usual turnaround time is approximated 2-4 business days. Please keep in mind that any sale or holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, Mother's Day etc) may delay this time by a day or 2.
Shipping time depends on Australia Post and your location. Generally speaking, standard shipping times are roughly 5-7 business days, and express 1-3 business days. Please note that these times do not include our processing and turnaround time.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched by our team, you will receive a dispatch notification email. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Yes we do. We are located in Vineyard, NSW, 2765. There is a free local pick up option at checkout. PLease select this option ONLY if able to come to us and collect it. We will reach out to you via email when your order is ready for collection.

Returns & Warranty

Please reach out to use within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel. After this time, we have already begun working on your order.
Please reach out to us! We want to help in any way that we can. Please note than any damage caused by general wear & tear or the item being used incorrectly will not receive a refund.

We do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. However, in the event of a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out via the contact form.
