Ordered a replacement dummy chain as my daughter lost her original one she was gifted by a family member, it came and it wasn't the same as her original one, I contacted owner and was sent a new one almost instantly, greatly appreciated will definitely be ordering more from beads and bubs I really appreciate the effort

Such a pretty dummy chain but way too tight so it can't even bend, making it difficult to use. Such a shame.
